This Privacy Policy explains what R M Gold does with information when you browse this website. You do not need an account to browse, and there is no checkout, no payment processing and no enquiry form on this site.

We do not ask you for any personal details on this website. There is no form to fill in. When you tap an “Enquire on WhatsApp” button, we record that a message was opened, which piece or pieces it referred to, the prices shown to you at that moment, the page you clicked from, and your browser’s user-agent string. We do not record who you are, and we cannot tell whether you went on to send the message.

Once you send a message, the conversation takes place inside WhatsApp and is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. Whatever you choose to tell us there — your name, your number, what you are looking for — reaches us as an ordinary WhatsApp chat.

The click records tell us which pieces customers are interested in, so we can stock and photograph accordingly. That is their only purpose. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent any of this information.
